Where are you shipping?

We are shipping to all countries worldwide! We are shipping custom perfumes, gift certificates and all other products globally.

How long does the shipping take?

Worldwide shipping takes about 12-20 days from the day you ordered. Shipping within Europe takes just 10-15 days.

Who is you shipping provider?

We are shipping globally with DHL.

Will you use my PayPal shipping address, when paying with PayPal?

No. We are shipping to the shipping address you selected on our checkout page. This address may differ from your billing address. Please also check the shipping address in your confirmation email.

How much does the shipping cost?

We are shipping all products worldwide. For shipping cost, please click here. Gift certificates we even ship for free.

Can I select a different shipping address?

Yes. On the Checkout page please unselect the checkbox “Ship to the same address“. You then will be able to submit a shipping address that differs from your billing address.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. With DHL Track & Trace (click here) you can track you parcel. Just click on “Search by collection order number“ and type in your order number.

How can I return my perfume if I don’t like it?

Yes. All payment data are transferred via SSL-secured connection. For highest data security, we are PCI-compliant.


How do I create my own perfume on your website?

UNIQUE has developed an innovative fragrance system, which allows you to create your own perfume online. All fragrances and notes a developed by perfumes and can be combined to perfect harmony. Our fragrance tool gives you suggestions, which notes to combine. People who are still uncertain, might prefer a bespoke perfume by our fragrance experts.

How many notes can I combine?

You can combine up to 6 different notes. To increase intensity of a specific note, you can also select specific notes twice or more. With more than 150 billion possible combinations your perfume is most likely absolutely unique.

How do I know, that my custom perfumes smells pleasant?

We have developed our fragrances and tool through experienced perfumes. Today we have more than 90,000 happy customers. I can you are not satisfied, we would be happy to return your money. Please feel free to contact our service for help and fragrance consultation at any time.

Can I come by and pick up my online created perfume in your flagship store?

We do not offer this option on our website at the moment. If you happen to be able to visit our flagship store, please contact our service in advance.

What it the quality of your fragrances?

We only provide premium quality fragrances, meaning the highest quality on the market. We receive our essences from longtime European partners, mainly in southern France, Spain and Italy. All fragrances are uncritical to apply on your skin and IFRA-compliant (International Fragrance Association). On our products we declare all INCI-ingredients.

How many ingredients can I combine in my perfume?

You can combine one male or female fragrance character and up to 6 ingredients.

Can I apply for new ingredients?

We are adding more premium notes from time to time. If you have special wishes, please contact our service team. Due to many request, we are not able to list all notes, but we are happy to hear from you in any case.

Can I receive a sample in advance?

We are not able to supply samples of your fragrance in advance, but you can buy samples of every note in the section Fragrances > Pure Essencens Perfumes. In case you should not be satisfied with your custom perfume, we offer a money-back guarantee.

Which perfume bottles sizes do you offer?

We are offering various perfumes bottles. The size and price (including perfume) you find in the perfume creation process. Most of the times we are offering at least one 1 fl oz and 1.7 fl oz perfume bottle.


Which gift certificate values do you offer?

We are offering our gift certificates in different value. To find our more, please click here.

Can I choose a different value form my gift certificate?

We only offer the above values at the moment. On our gift page you might find more gifts, offers and certificates.

Will you pay me cash form my gift certificate?

No. You can use your gift certificate online on our website our in physically in our flagship store.

How many gift certificates or coupons can I use per order?

Per order you can only use several gift certificates and one coupon.

When does my gift certificate expire?

Our gift certificates are generally valid for a period of one year after issue. The expiration date should also be stated on your gift certificate card. If your are not sure, please feel free to contact our service any time.

Can I print my gift certificate online?

Yes. After your order, please log into your customer account and go to your order history. Next to the gift certificate there is a link “print gift certificate”.

Can I add a personal message to the gift certificate?

Yes, you can add a personal note (up to 150 symbols) on the gift certificate detail page.


Can I return my perfume if I do not like it?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. For more information, please visit our satisfaction guarantee page.

Where do I find the returns form

On the satisfaction guarantee page, you can decide between money-back or another try. Please make sure to print and fill out the correct form with your return shipping.

What to do if I receive a broken parcel?

In this case, please contact our service as soon as possible. We will make sure to find a proper solution.


Are my personal data secure?

We guarantee your data security. Here you can find our data security declaration, with an overview of which data we collect and for which purpose.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To unsubscribe, please click the link „unsubscribe“ at the end of any newsletter and you will receive no more newsletters from us.


What is a bespoke perfume?

To create your bespoke perfume we developed a special order form. Our fragrance experts will then develop the perfume according to your personal wishes and preferences. The perfume bottle you can design yourself online.

Can you create a bespoke perfume for someone else than me?

Yes. A bespoke perfume is a great idea as a personal gift. When using the online form, just state that the perfume is for someone else then you.

How much does a bespoke perfume cost?

Please click here to check the prices for our bespoke perfumes. The price includes a 1 fl oz perfume bottle, the development of the recipe and the perfume itself (Eau de Parfum) and a custom printing to the perfume bottle.


How do I know, my order was successfully placed?

If you order was successful, you will be referred to our Thank-You page and you will receive a confirmation via email.

Do I have to register a new account before ordering?

No. We habe a one-page checkout, so you can submit your personal information in the same step you place the order.

Do I have to subscribe for the newsletter?

We would be happy to keep you updated on our news, specials and coupons. Of course you can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking „unsubscribe“ in any newsletter.

Can I order via phone?

At the moment we usually do not offer this option, because of heavy service request. If you happen to have serious problems though, please make sure to contact our service at any time.

Can I change my ingredients after I ordered?

If your order is not being produced yet, this is possible. Please contact our service in this case.

Can I print an image / design on my perfume bottle without using the image upload function

No. Unfortunately we are only able to process images uploaded in the order process, because all printing documents are being generated automatically.

Can you wrap my perfume as a gift?

Yes. Please select gift wrap or luxury gift wrap at the end of the order process for custom perfumes or bespoke perfumes.
